CHUANG, CHUN-HSIANG, Ph.D. graduated from the Graduate School of Business, College of Business, Feng Chia University, and completed the departure procedures on January 30, 2024.
At the same time, Feng Chia University awarded CHUANG Junxiang a doctoral degree certificate (Chinese/English version). On June 2, 2024, CHUANG, CHUN-HSIANG, Ph.D. won the Best Business Journal Paper Award from Feng Chia University.
Factors for Successful Succession of Taiwanese Family Businesses
The study investigates the operation and inheritance of family businesses, and then discusses the concept of succession inheritance and the cultivation and planning of successors. The study finds that the successful succession cultivation plan of Taiwanese family businesses is not only about the transfer of the entrepreneur's position and power, but also affects the development of the entire enterprise organization and the governance of the family business.
With the senior experience of the first generation of entrepreneurs, setting up a succession strategy team to brainstorm and work to assist the first-generation entrepreneurs is a completed plan. For a family business to be long-lasting, it must first grow its own business, and then assist family members to work together and maintain family relationships, so that the family succession plan can be successful, and inheritance of virtue is the way to sustainability.
Introducing corporate governance in law compliance into business strategy : a case study of external legal advisory teams
This study extends the spirit of corporate governance compliance to Taiwanese companies. With the assistance of an external professional legal team, company leaders provide the company with long-term business strategies, reduce corporate legal risks, and assist the company in negotiations.
At the same time, they provide strategic advice on internal control management assessment, operational management evaluation, and corporate business layout, so that companies can comply with various laws and regulations, thereby improving internal operational management, allowing company leaders to make correct decisions on everything, and allowing the company to move towards the goal of sustainable operation.
Discussion on Customer Relationship Management in Service Sustainability : A Case Study of A International Attorney Firm
This study explores how international law firms use customer relationship management to achieve service sustainability, and takes a well-known A international attorney firm as an example to analyze its specific practices and effectiveness in customer relationship management. This study first takes customer relationship management, as known as the concept and connotation of customer-centered business philosophy, involves management activities in terms of customer demand, trust, service, etc.
This study analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the legal service industry in customer relationship management, including horizontal market competition, diversification of customer needs, customer satisfaction, etc. Through an in-depth interview, an international attorney firm took measures to manage customer relationships, including establishing a project manager, a complete customer management system, paying attention to communication and services with customers, collecting and analyzing customer feedback and opinions, etc.
This study points out how the effectiveness of customer relationship management of an international law firm to improve customer service satisfaction and loyalty, and how to meet customer needs through innovative legal service projects, so as to help the international law firm improve its competitive advantage and service quality, increasing business revenue and market share, reducing the cost of acquiring customers, and establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with customers.
The Relationship among Personality Traits of Different Generation Entrepreneurs, Innovation Ability and Performance – Leadership Style as an Intermediary Variable
Fundamental to the succession-management process is an underlying philosophy that argues that top talent in the corporation must be managed for the greater good of the enterprise. The purpose of this study is to explore the second generation of entrepreneurs or enterprises to promote professional managers.
Entrepreneurial personality traits, innovation ability, and leadership style impact on business performance. However, this study applied quantities research and amounted to 120 questionnaire in 2016, in a total sample of 100 with valid collection rates of 83%. The data gathered were thus analyzed usingSPSS21.0, descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis,
Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression models. the results indicate that (1) personality traits have a positive impact on leadership (2) innovation ability has a positive impact on leadership (3) Leadership has a positive impact on performance (4) Personality traits affect the business performance through the mediation effect of leadership(5) innovate ability will influence the business performance through the mediation effect of leadership.
